Leadership Development Reports

Leadership Development Reports are due to the County office by November 13, 2018. You can find the link to the form on the record book page.

Here are a few helpful tips to help with these:

*These forms are for intermediate and senior members who are club officers, teen/jr leaders, emerald stars, all star, jr all star, and camp counselors.

*You only need to turn in 1 Part 1 Pre. This is for the members overall leadership goals throughout the 4-H year.

*Part 2 Pre needs to be filled out for every leadership role you hold for the 2018/2019 4-H year. For example: If you are a club officer, county all star, and teen leader, you will need 3 Part 2 Pre forms.

*Remember to be detailed and fill out all the sections of the the form.

* Remember to get signatures for every form you turn in of Part 2 Pre.

You can mail them, send them with your leader, or email them to the county office.
